Catering Manager

  1. Key Responsibilities :
  • Assist the Business in all aspects of catering Department
    Ensure the right stock and staffing
    Ensure the shift managers and team members adhere the company procedure
    Train the staff up the expected standard
    Order tracking and timely delivery and ensure customer satisfaction
    Popper planning and execution of the catering project.
    Monthly revenue plan , reports , P& L responsibility
    KPI indicators and achievements
    Reporting to: Country Manager

  • · The ability to think quickly, work in stressful circumstances and stay calm in a crisis

  • · Financial, budgeting and stock-taking skills

  • · Knowledge of food, food hygiene (including hazard analysis and critical control points) and food preparation

  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar role

  • Graduate in catering/culinary management

  • ·Graduate hospitality management

  • ·Hotel and restaurant management
