• Minimum one year experience in similar position
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Must be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space.
• Should be able to create conversation with guests and be aware of news topics both locally and worldwide.
• Must be able to work for long hours continuously whilst maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanour
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must have a strong knowledge of drink preparation and applicable health standards
• Have an in-depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines and be able to confidently discuss these topics
• Knowledge of local laws, ordinances and regulations and company policy regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons
