The Senior Product Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of GOBX devices and related service offerings from ideation to new product launch, through to end-of-life management of existing products.
Responsibilities:
• Lead development and executing product vision, roadmap and execution strategy
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle for STB, OTT and TVs related experiences/applications, including development and maintenance activities
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Understand and evangelize customer needs, develop business cases and prioritize product requirements;
• Synthesize data from various sources to inform decisions, leveraging customers, market, competitors, team, intuition and prior experience;
• Effectively manage customer feedback and refine priorities to reflect recent learnings;
• Develop clear and detailed business/technical requirements that tie product development to the vision and growth objectives.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Focus on building the right thing at the right time to be responsive to customer requests and market trends;
• Work closely with software developers, hardware manufacturers and technical solution providers, coordinating all relevant workstreams and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Prioritize project activities against the capacity and capability of the team
• Regularly demonstrate deep understanding and expertise of TV, OTT and Set-Top-Box market needs, consumer and technology trends;
• Partner with Marketing and Sales, Business Development teams to develop, maintain and distribute product information and training materials for internal teams and external partners;
