Senior Business Analyst will work closely with product, marketing and business planning to build and manage multi-year business plans, assess and validate commercial and growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
Business Strategy
• Analyze market and industry trends to provide competitive analysis.
• Evaluate internal capabilities to identify interrelationships and synergies among businesses units.
• Assist Business Planning Unit Manager in preparing/reviewing operational plans and action plans related to department
• Coordinate with different business units and teams to ensure continuous alignment
• Assist Business Planning Unit Manager in preparing presentations
• Collate and coordinate all elements/resources of projects in the project planning phase
• Prepare feasibility reports & financial evaluation for new project launches
• Evaluate and validate new business opportunities by developing business cases, market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
Sales Planning & Performance Management:
• Support sales process by providing fact-based insight and developing sales priorities that result in optimal outcome for the organization.
• Co-ordinate the complete sales reporting and forecasting process for all sales channels
• Develop channel commission plans and set monthly sales targets.
• Work closely with marketing and account management for developing promotional schemes that encourage sales.
• Perform financial analyses and evaluate impact of various sales & marketing initiatives.
• Analyze competitor strategies to develop and implement account strategies in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Work with Sales team to provide guidance / insight for business reviews and meetings with customers.
• Work closely with business planning to identify the most efficient distribution channels and collaborate with account management to develop these routes.
• Generate ad hoc reporting for Sales, Marketing, Pricing and Business Planning
