• Building the SEW brand and value proposition in the countries of the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council).
• Pro-active sales through customer visits in the United Arab Emirates and other GCC countries
o Identification and encashment of replacement business of existing SEW / competitor drives
o Identification and encashment of new projects
o Customer relationship management
o Extension of the existing customer base
• Technical dimensioning of SEW drives, on demand supported by HQ team (mainly geared motors, partly IG)
• First level application support, on demand supported by HQ team
• Ensure quotes, order processing (first stage) and order follow-up
• Collection of receivables and statutory forms
• Identification and reporting of market trends, sales opportunities and competitor activities
• Participate in relevant trade fairs and exhibitions
