Lead all aspects of marketing for F&B division including advertising, social media, public relations, event management, community engagement, media relations, partner engagement, media buying and marketing research
Work closely with F&B and Head of Operations to ensure that business needs are met,
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Devise marketing strategy for F&B and manage marketing budget, including that of franchisee operations
Lead the preparation of marketing calendar (advertising, promotions, events, PR campaigns etc.) and ensure that it is strictly followed
Ensure that all the branding requirements are fulfilled
Ensure that the content of websites and social media sites is up to date and accurate
Lead media communications (e.g., liaise with local media agencies to develop local communication in line with brand objectives and specifications, buy TV/press space, manage media agency contracts etc.)
Ensure accurate assessment of the impact of marketing activity on the business performance and continuously improve internal marketing processes
Conduct market research to understand how the division’s brands are currently perceived and tailor marketing activities accordingly
Rigorously monitor the market and competition to understand threats and opportunities and modify marketing plan accordingly
