Our client is looking for an HRBP to lead one of their largest business units based in Abu Dhabi.

Description
- Work with senior management to Support and develop business strategies
- Develop and implement all L&D strategies across the region
- Lead all recruitment and talent succession planning
- Support the HQ with global mobility of new employees and those relocating overseas
- Work with the global HQ to support the development and roll out of HR strategies
- Assess current policies and procedures and develop new procedures where needed
- Assess the current compensation and benefits
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Maintain accurate HR records and administer existing HR system
Profile- Bachelor degree qualified - Ideally within HR or relevant subject
- Minimum of 10 years HR experience
- Middle East Experience - Advantageous not essential
- Oil & Gas or engineering industry experience preferred
- Candidates must be willing to be based in Abu Dhabi
- Ideally experience working with a multinational
