- Supervise and control the daily activities in the Semi-production operation.
- Plan and coordinate for printed materials required from supplier.
- Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
- Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
- Engage in product measurement, inspection, and testing activities to ensure quality control and reliability.
- Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability of finished product.
- Regulate and adjust workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite semi-production operations.
- Report quality issue or coordinate resolutions to defects to the related departments.
- Monitor and take appropriate timely improvement action to meet production quality and quantity.
