Duration: 1 month i.e from end of May 2019 onwards.
Female candidates who can communicate, read and write English, Arabic and French fluently is required.
Guest management is a key part of the of the scope of work.
The main assignment will be to call invited guests to confirm their attendance and register confirmed attendees on the online system. They will be in charge of badge distribution during the event.
Staff will be in charge of providing visa services and any pre-event logistical needs the participating countries may have. Provide simultaneous translation for English, Arabic and French.
