Digital Media Planner, AED 14-18,000 per month, Dubai - Sapphire Recruitment Consultants

Our client is an established Dubai agency with a relaxed t-shirt friendly culture. They are looking for someone who specializes in 2 things – performance media and client management. As the Digital Media Planner, you will adopt a data-informed approach in developing, managing and optimizing digital performance programs and strategies for a portfolio of accounts across different industries. You will be proactive, with an inquisitive nature and a thirst for evolving the business. You will report into the Media Director and be responsible for balancing the media and creative sides of the business to create media plans that deliver business impact. You will liaise with all teams at the agency, from creative to account management, as well as working closely with clients, publishers and 3rd party partners. You will also have the opportunity to build and manage a team of performance media specialists and grow the media practice together with the Media Director.


Description:


• Development of integrated performance media strategies for current clients and new pitches
• Create cross-channel media plans that include SEM, paid social, programmatic, affiliates and more
• Continuously advance the measurement and analysis approach across the agency, with a focus on ROAS and cross-channel attribution
• Adopt a robust test and learn approach to campaign optimization across all accounts
• Liaise with the client and account management team to understand the campaign brief, target audience and performance goals
• Proactively support the client, account management and creative teams with the latest technological updates and channel innovations that can be used to improve strategy and ROI
• Drive innovation and efficiency within the team, by recommending improvements to ways of working, new tools, technologies, industry best practices and 3rd party partners.
• Supervise and support the implementation of media plans using industry best practices across campaign setup, audience targeting, tracking and site tagging, etc.
• Share campaign performance insights/discoveries/trends with client and wider agency team.
• Work closely with global publishers (Google, Facebook, Snapchat, etc) and regional media partners to implement their latest ad products and services for your clients.
