The Communications Specialist Intern reaches out to potential Chinese customers by email , telephone and or social media in order to gather necessary data and information on behalf of the sales and marketing department.
Analyzes information and provide a detailed report to the sales department on a daily basis and advising on the next course of action required.
Works collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues or problems.
Provides assistance and input in the preparation and content of written informational documents.
Provides background materials using own discretion and judgment in locating required information, and assembling it in a presentable format.
