Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development/Marketing Management
• Create and maintain the vision and strategy for the Sales Program
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, assess market trends and communicate them to the Commercial Manager
• Maintain an effective Marketing approach aligned with Company branding guidelines, to include consistent customer proposals and communication, as well as hosting regular customer events
• Locate and/or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements,
potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating
contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Work with Commercial Manager on developing new product initiatives
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Sales Management
• Actively engage in closing large opportunities with the Sales executive team
• Secure sufficient Sales personnel to effectively engage the market customer base. Continually recruit and interview to find new potential candidates.
• Create and manage the Sales Department budget
• Facilitate weekly Sales meetings for Sales, Product
• Review and coach Sales team towards expectations
• Ensure that the team is prepared to successfully transition all new business
• Create and manage career development plans for Sales Operations and Sales
Executives
• Conduct weekly one-on-one discussions, monthly pipeline review and performance reviews
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Customer Services
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Other
• Recruiting and developing Business development executives both at entry and senior
level positions in addition to maintaining an on-going pipeline of candidates.
• Ensure operations/work processes occur in accordance with all relevant legal,
regulatory, and any other standards and requirements to which compliance is required
