Assisting the bakery manager in Management of bakery operation such as but not limited to preparation of daily production schedule, ordering raw materials, supervise the maintenance of quality standards
The candidate should be detail oriented, good listener, efficient and organized.
Should be a positive attitude person and the ability to interact with our customers
Manages department inventories by tracking weekly sales reports , orders products and supplies to meet customer demands, drive sales and company gross profit goals
Assists the Bakery Manager with the ordering and receiving of products, and proper invoice routing
Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station at all times
Answer and direct phone calls properly
Ensure customer requests and feedback, both verbal and written are responded to promptly and efficiently
Interact with customers to solve outstanding issues and to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
Proper communication with Chef related to food quality and service levels.
