• To be familiar with Learn-to-Swim levels/curriculum or other nationally recognized water safety/swim lesson curriculum and plan the swim lessons accordingly
• To provide swimming lessons for all ages and abilities (3 months – Adults) in a professional manner within a school environment
• To record and keep record of all attendance and achievements of the swimmers daily (knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel is a must)
• To attend mandatory team meetings as scheduled, and complete additional duties as assigned
• To always represent the company is a professional manner and to maintain the company image through appropriate appearance
• To maintain a high standard of customer service and the ability to interact positively with the parents
• To assist in competitions, galas and registrations when needed.
• Tend to accident or emergency situations in accordance with accident/incident protocols and/or emergency action plans.
