Sales Manager - Manpower Middle East

Our client is now recruiting for a Sales Manager


Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales.
• Build and maintain ongoing business relationships with key tour operators.
• Get new clients by networking, prospecting, etc.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the organization at trade shows and events.
• Follow the company's procedures and policies.
• A Group Sales Ambassador should be presentable & energetic at all the times.
• Should maintain a professional image always, follow the rules and regulations and do assigned work sincerely.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals set by management.
• Keep an accurate record of the sales, Generate timely reports as per the request to the reporting manger.
• Manage complex sales situations & close negotiations.
• Interaction with senior management, sustains rapport with key stakeholders, exploring specific needs.
• Identify and maximize revenue opportunities by sourcing & identifying new tour groups and partnership initiatives.
• Achieve sales performance targets
• Generating daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
