• Develop long term and short term strategy for MENA IM business in line with HQ business direction, giving a guidance to the branches within MENA region
• Set up and take full responsibility for MENA yearly business sales and profit target, promoting each local branch to achieve the numbers collectively
• Develop yearly product line-up strategy and positioning in line with HQ direction, give a guidance to each local branch
• Be in charge of ATL and BTL marketing activities with MENA region in coordination with MENA Corp. Marketing Department
• Sense competitors’ key activities and threats to create counter measures to keep and increase market share
• Identify opportunities to grow IM business and build solid strategy together with local branches
• Strengthen close relationship with distributors and channel partners within MENA region to expand Samsung’s retail presence, winning together in business
• Develop localized concept of new product for MENA region, supported by MENA Product Innovation Team
• Identifying issues and resolving them effectively
