On behalf of our client (banking group) in the UAE, we are recruiting for the below position:
Title: Head of Agile IT
Department: IT

The incumbent will be responsible for driving the overall Agile processes as a coach and facilitates highly complex product development discussions, leading to collective decision making, goal setting and conflict resolution
Manage daily business of the respective digital delivery team
Define enterprise Agile transformation vision and strategy
Facilitate ramp up to Agile squads across the organization
Work closley with all functional stakeholders to facilitate the bank's agile transformation, through training, coaching, across multiple levels and locations
Embed an agile culture using technologies from a wide range or agile and lean methodologies framework and frameworks but be a methodology agnostic
Requirements:
Deep understanding on different agile and lean approaches
10+ years of experience in leading Agile projects in a multi-team environment and successful track record of delivering project based on scrum methodology
Proven track record on development and coaching of agile teams
