Our client, a leading medical facility, is currently looking for a
<b>Dialysis Technician </b>to be based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible to:
<br />Obtains and records patient vital signs and machine readings according to facility policies.
<br />Sets up and tears down the dialysis blood system for the treatment process.
<br />Inserts and removes access needles in patients for dialysis treatment.
<br />Monitors and assesses patients during the course of treatment, documents changes in the patient condition, and informs charge nurse of problems during treatment.
<br />Calculates patient's weight loss to reach dry weight.
<br />Maintains and tracks inventory.
<br />Performs laboratory work.
<br />Determines patient care priorities and organizes work load efficiently and effectively.
<br />Maintains professional working relationship, observing patient privacy and rights.

<br />RequirementsThe Ideal Candidate would have:
<br />At least 3 years as an in a large hospital or rehabilitation facility with relevant experience with patients with neurological disorders including stroke and traumatic brain injury and patients with intellectual disabilities and mental health experience
<br />Completion of a dialysis technician program from a recognized educational institution or college Or Licensed as Registered Nurse
<br />Willing to work for 48 hours per week
<br />Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi
