To provide Business Excellence team guidance in executing key activities to achieve Nawah's strategic in excellence and process improvement including internal and external excellence programs submissions. Coordinate, analyze and recommend all corporate and operational improvement activities and instill a culture of continuouse improvement across Nawah
Corporate Excellence
Responsibility:
- Review the submissions provided by various departments for Nawah Excellence program in an efficient and effective manner.
- Carry out activities to sustain the culture of excellence across Nawah organization
Develop and review the policies, procedures and processes related to Business Excellence department and ensure that they are periodically updated and properly implemented.
Process Improvement
Responsibility:
- Act as a center of excellence to enable Nawah organization to continuously improve ways of working to meet business critical targets, by identifying opportunities for improvement on business processes
- Indetify and assess areas and requirements for process improvement, and specifically work with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of imporvement projects and initiatives
- Utilizes the best practices in process improvement such as lean, six sigma and other quality tools to re-engineer processes to attain program objectives
- Develop, maintain and update the process improvement Toolkit.
- Analyze performance gaps in key process areas within the various functional elements under the Nawah management system and develop process maturity roadmap plan
- Identify and evaluate nuclear and non-nuclear industry management best practices, in collaboration with Nuclear Performance Improvement (NPI) organization for adoption by Nawah
Research and Benchmarking
Responsibility:
• Carry out research and development studies related to best practices and excellence aspects and establish procedures and tools in line with industry standards, practices and Nawah's strategic goals.
• Lead in periodic benchmarking of Nawah's excellence program in order to ascertain Nawah's position and implement the improvement identified.
Stakeholder Engagement
Responsibility:
- Facilitate communication both internally and externally in order to build and nurture mutually beneficial working relationships.
