1.Managing the Legal consultation department email and ensure that the legal consultation department consists of contracts, legal opinions, legal notices and also arbitration cases.
2. Ensure that completion dates with reference numbers are send to each client for each of the assignments
3. Ensure that every assignment is only send to the client after review of the Head of Legal consultation department.
4. Managing the completion dates for each assignment and follow up with the legal consultants.
5. Assigning Legal opinion, contracts and legal notice numbers, managing and updating the registers, and saving the same in the common folder.
6. Updating the meeting schedules for retainer clients and high profile non-retainer clients – once in a month with specific agendas.
7. Assisting in drafting contracts, legal opinions and legal notices for the legal consultation department.
8. Updating the new laws, orders and regulations including the latest developments from bulletins to the legal consultation department in order to prepare monthly or quarterly newsletters to retainers as well as non-retainer clients.
9. Coordinate with case management team as to how to create one similar software or integrate concerning the legal consultation department.
10. Arranging for seminars for retainer clients and drafting materials for seminars concerning latest legal developments.
11. Researching out new organization every week in order to send them our proposals to include them as retainers.
12. Coordinating the Monthly Reports for retainer clients
Must have skills before applying:
1. Read and write Arabic and English.
2. Live in UAE
The appilcant will have to take a verbal and written test whitin the field of law.
The position is in Abu Dhabi office.
