Responsibilities
• Maintain a regular flow of information between Clients/briefs and the internal team, following up with pertinent questions where required.
• Help to develop and manage project details to ensure that milestones are met.
• Participate in design critiques and articulate feedback in a positive, constructive fashion.
• Schedule client and internal meetings/interface directly with clients, under direction.
• Coordinate preparation for client meetings, take notes, and create meeting notes / contact reports / status reports with follow-up action plans, in a timely manner.
• Prepare cost sheets and exercise weekly billing procedures.
• Provide administrative support on multiple aspects of the Account Management process including but not limited to; correct file naming and archiving of key client deliverables, credentials and case histories.
• Ensure all correspondence, materials, presentations, and proposals seen by prospective and existing clients are error-free, of highest quality and always relevant to the client’s brief.
• Negotiate with Clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
• Present creative work to clients for approval or modification.
• Support the delivery of all agreed-upon project milestones, on time, on budget, and with-in scope.
• Resolution management.
