The Manager - Supplier Manager will assist the compliance program of Expo Dubai 2020 by providing and engaging the best Local and Global Suppliers.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Establishing a mechanism, using the registration data, site inspection, etc., to build up a base that will assist in recognizing the supplier level of performance;
- Building up a strong Relationship with key suppliers;
- Building up a scale and matrix to measure the supplier’s capacity;
- Supplier Performance Monitoring and Measurements post Contracts Awards;
- Leading the Expo 2020 Annual Procurement Conference and Supplier Award (Supplier of the Year) with multiple categories;
- Running the RFIs and PQQs, driving the evaluations and scorings of the PQQs;
- Recommending the best suppliers for shortlisting to Tender;
- Lead the division responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to direct reports.
