The Manager - SME Relationship will contribute to the delivery of best practice aims for SME Relationship and Engagement with EXPO 2020.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Build up a strong relationship strategy with Local and Global SME companies, and the right department in terms of any new innovative product/service;
- Build up a strong relationship with the other Government Entities in terms of identifying the national SMEs and talents;
- Penetration into Expo 2020 world to understand the projects and find out the needs and the engagement areas of SMEs;
- Identifying and understanding the challenges in SME Engagement;
- Playing a key role by connecting the SME Company with the right stakeholders;
- Attending, and representing Expo 2020 at, workshops and trainings;
- Producing the official correspondences and reports between EXPO 2020 and other Government Entities in relation to SME Engagement;
- Lead the division responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to direct reports.
