HR Officer - Property Shop Investment LLC

• Manage company's relationship with its employees, followed by providing constant support
• Oversee employee relationship from the hiring to the exit process in order to gain insight in workplace issues and provide solutions
• Administrate HCM HR Software and updates employee records and documents in database
• Pre-joining Process:
o Monitor employment verification and background checks and assist with notifying candidates of the steps of the process
o Meet candidates for offer signing and explaining the JD
o Make sure candidates understand their responsibilities, benefits and challenges of the position they are being offered for
• Manage On boarding and Induction:
o Take new joiners through the joining process
o Pre-joining preparations, welcome emails, provide materials, mobile phones
o Organize new joiners start date and make sure their joining runs smoothly
o Participate in orientation and training process
o Coordinate Line Managers support to the new employees
o Make sure they are provided with acces to all the portals, softwares and tools and are enabled to perform their new tasks effectively
o Participate in orientation and training
• Manage Employee-Employer Relationship:
o Effectively handle employee complaints, and escalate when neccessary
o Update employees on any changes in company policy
o Advise supervisors on treatment of staff and company policies
o Handle employee Violations of the policy, issue Warning and Appreciation letters
o Generally help to resolve conflict in the workplace.
• Oversee Employee Exit Process
o Facilitate the layoff, firing or departure process of employees who leave voluntarily
o Conduct exit interviews and possible retaining of the valuable employees
o Assist with firing decisions and notification of termination
o Prepare handover documents
• Maintain Employee Files:
o Organize and update employee files.
o Track employee progress, noting promotions, recognitions and policy violations and documenting them accordingly.
o Issue Salary Certificates, Payslips and handle similar request.
o Ensure that former employee files are maintained according to law.
• Manage Employee satisfaction
o Conduct employee satisfaction survey for current staff
o Conducts 1-on-1 interviews with new employees to receive valuable feedback
o Reports and documents to be presented
