• Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods
• Responsibility to acquire new food service accounts for the UAE
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers
• Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
• Work closely with supply Chain, Marketing & Sales Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
• Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
• Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
• Seeks, creates and develops new business opportunities to build brand consumption.
• Has authority and latitude to effectively negotiate with multi-functional resources both internally and externally.·
• Adapts knowledge of customer strategies to client strategy to optimize sales potential
• Develops and executes effective HORECA account-specific marketing & Sales programs.
• Leads well in team environment
• Establishes rapport with HORECA customers within area of responsibility.
• Coaches and guides others in creating and delivering creative customer presentations to achieve incremental opportunities
• Strong leadership skills with key HORECA/Food Service accounts;
• Create permanent understanding of the market situation including existing technologies & trends
