Open to FILIPINO, NEPALESE and VIETNAMESE candidates
Male or Female, 35 years old and below
Diploma or certification in any Culinary course is an advantage
HACCP certification is an advantage
Minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles and food preparation
Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily operation and work
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to focus attention on guests’ needs and remaining calm and courteous at all times
Control food stock and food cost in his section
Excellent communication skills
Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and
keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Presentable with good hygiene
Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 2,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge, sharing accommodation, duty meals and transportation
