Male or Female,35 years old and below
Diploma or certification in any Culinary course is an advantage
HACCP certification is an advantage
Minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation
Can follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in the new ways of presentation or dishes
Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of best cooking practices
Excellent communication skills
Presentable with good hygiene
Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 3,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge, sharing accommodation, duty meals and transportation
