• Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics
• Mange stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
• Prepare & Monitor Production Planning
• Plan work rotas, assign task appropriately
• Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products that includes Inbound and outbound logistics for tradeable and non-tradeable items
• Confirm proper and timely delivery of products. Each outbound product needs to be cross-verified for quality checks before dispatch
• Perform various inventory counts; suggest replenishment of goods to management
• Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and maintain a clean and tidy workspace
• Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts; ensure data entry is accurate
• Ensure that outbound materials match packing lists before dispatching
• Assist in training process for new and existing warehouse staff
• Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products
• Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks
• Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system
• Fully aware of HACCP systems and ensure proper recording of data and follow the same with the team.
• To ensure that the Inflow and outflow of inventories are properly recorded in the books.
• Involve in stock taking process
• Verifying warehouse stock on a weekly basis and reconcile with auditors on a monthly basis.
• Preparing warehouse requisitions and follow up (Empty Jars/Labels Dry items)
• Monitor warehouse arrangement /palletizing/racking. Set up warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Follow up on returns & Replacements from kiosks
• Conducting monthly Audit in dry store and placing requisition
• Preparing Weekly work schedule for Warehouse Staff.
• Conduct Bi-weekly staff meetings.
• Produce reports and statistics (In & Out report, dead stock report)
• Control wastage, set standards for the genuine wastage
• Timely disposal of non usable products with the required documents
• Suggestions on Slow moving products
