Job Description – Accounts and Administration Officer
1. Maintain a documented system of accounting.
2. Prepare P.O to principals and debit notes.
3. Apply for import Permit to MOH with the required documents from companies.
4. Prepare banking transactions.
5. Maintain HR files updated for employees.
6. Assist in preparing orders for delivery and account statements to customers.
7. Prepare and review expenses and pay roll for management approval.
8. Preparing reports to management for sales, outstanding and others.
9. Attending phone calls and probably handle customers inquires.
10. Report to Finance Manager and General Manager.
Reports to be prepared
1. Weekly and Monthly Report of Sales and Collection
2. Monthly Report of Sales & Collection per Med / Sales Rep
3. Monthly Report on Sales & Stock per Company
4. Outstanding per Age
