Masters with Business Management

Strategic /Performance Management, 8+ years experience
Strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategy evaluation and ensuring development of action plans to achieve these strategic goals through effectively use the Balanced Scorecard tool
Developing strategy maps and performance contracts
Annual Objectives setting, data collection and progress reporting linking to corporate initiatives
KPI setting, management and reporting at corporate, functional, divisional, rigs, facilities, and services level
Company performance monitoring, analysis and working with teams to take corrective and preventive actions
Embedding performance culture in the organization through awareness sessions, training, visits, reports and action user
Update relevant policies and procedures
Advanced user of MS-Office products
Good writing and presentation skills
