Sales


  • Reach out to existing and potential customers (Cold calls, emails) to present our product and service offering

  • Provide sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling etc.

  • Support the sales team in attaining their sales targets

  • Create proposals and invoices that accurately reflect the services requested

  • Track and document calls and sales

  • Update client records in the CRM in order to keep an updated database

  • Create post trainings consolidated reports to be approved by the business development manager and send to the clients

 


Customer Service


  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

  • Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities

  • Follow-up with customers on payments and invoices
