Identifying new sales leads


  • Achieve the allocated sales objectives by planning and prioritizing personal sales activities (Cold calls/Meetings) and customer/prospect contact.

  • Research organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets

  • Research the needs of other companies and learn who makes decisions about training needs

  • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

  • Plan and overseeing new marketing initiatives

 


Pitching products and/or services


  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

  • Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

  • Develop quotes and proposals

  • Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email, and in person

 


Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers


  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients

  • Conduct follow ups to ensure proper feedback is received to keep clients satisfied

  • Conduct after-training calls to ensure delivery was up to expectations
