Identifying new sales leads
- Achieve the allocated sales objectives by planning and prioritizing personal sales activities (Cold calls/Meetings) and customer/prospect contact.
- Research organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Research the needs of other companies and learn who makes decisions about training needs
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Plan and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Pitching products and/or services
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Develop quotes and proposals
- Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email, and in person
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients
- Conduct follow ups to ensure proper feedback is received to keep clients satisfied
- Conduct after-training calls to ensure delivery was up to expectations
