looking for a Legal Counsel who will be responsible for providing legal advice
to the business teams in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal counsel in all aspects of civil and commercial law
- Assisting in risk profiles assessment in the region and developing appropriate measures to address and mitigate the identified risks
- Provide advice concerning transactions
of business involving internal affairs and corporate relations with the shareholders - Providing support in structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions and projects (including but not limited to sales, purchasing, licensing, services or other strategic alliances) and developing legal templates
