Broknet is a fast-growing technology focused broker & adviser network and currently looking for customer services representatives.
We are looking for people who is responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing as well as prospective clients by handling customer queries and complaints and providing quality and timely resolution in line with the established guidelines.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing Customer Services Operations across all aspects such as customer care, complaints, and escalations.
2. Answer calls and handle customer inquiries in line with operating guidelines and standard of operating procedures.
3. Promotes good customer relations by providing customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help always
4. Identifying and building new ways to improve our internal processes and leading the internal change in the area of customer service
5. Keeps in touch with existing customers to take feedback about services being delivered, their future needs, information about competitors’ activities (pricing and offers), etc.
6. Re-directs customer inquiries to appropriate personnel within the company and who can assist in resolving the complaints/issues
7. Receives and responds to inquiries/complaints regarding the Business Unit’s services, and ensures it is resolved in a timely manner
8. Maintains a detailed and updated database on customers which is periodically reviewed to maintain accurate information
9. Analyses customer feedback and ensures necessary action is taken on improvement areas
10. Follows up with relevant internal teams to resolve customer complaints and respond to any queries
11. Ensures adherence to quality standards for all customer interactions
12. Manages our social media, app and web platforms
13. Collecting and evaluating customer feedback data
