Male/Female, 35 years old and below
Bachelor's degree or any related course
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Food Industry either retail or manufacturing
With a working knowledge and understanding of quality management systems
Knowledge of GFSI systems such as BRC, IFS or ISO
Working knowledge of the sandwich, bakery, drinks and cooked meat industries
Experience of reviewing labels and Point of Sale information to ensure they meet legal and customer requirement
Experience of undertaking finished product quality assessments against document specifications and liaising with suppliers and customers on the findings and acting accordingly
Experience of supplier auditing/inspection is preferable
Knowledge of in-country food laws with regards to compositional requirements of foods, food safety requirements and labelling requirements
Knowledge of relevant food safety legislation, HACCP and the current BRC quality standard
Formal qualification in HACCP to Level 3 would be desirable
Demonstrable experience in conduct and management of Internal Audits is a requirement. Formal
Qualification in Internal Auditing would be desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, accurate and precise with demonstrable attention
IT Literate in Microsoft application
