1- Knowing about the functional activities of ERP Modules.
2- works with end user groups, functional managers, development teams, and project teams.
3- identify design enhancements and systems configuration opportunities, and to improve the utilization of business applications.
4- Responsibilities include providing timely application support to end users and working with other support groups to establish proper integration of business applications.
5- Recommends best system utilization and practices as well as participates in project teams representing systems solutions, enablers, and integration.
6- investigating, analyzing, designing, programming and implementing new cost-effective technology solutions related to existing ERP systems as with multi-task in a matrix organizational.
7- Reviews, analyzes, and modifies the systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's (ERP) System.
8- Ensures that customized software can be completely integrated into the ERP system.
9- Data Base (SQL Server Management Studio).
10- Testing Applications and make Analysis software for required specifications.
11- Prepare the necessary data to test and program analysis.
12- Assist systems analyst in the study of some systems.
13- Assist new trainees.
14- Identify problems caused by faults and work to resolve them.
15- Follow-up work on the hardware and software improvement.
16- Reporting and Statistics needed.
17- Development application that used in the company Development (Visual Studio – VB.Net, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, DevExpress, jQuery, IIS, JavaScript).
18- Submit a report to the Manager for business.
19- Perform any acts assigned to me by the manager / Team Leader.
20- Study and determine the needs of users to build the necessary information and application systems.
21- Supervising the preparation and follow-up programs developed.
22- Preparation necessary to prepare programs and develop technical specifications.
23- Collection Data from users, documents, regulations and instructions relating to the system.
24- Provide technical support for ERP systems.
