An international telecoms company is seeking an expert advisor on Digital Care to drive their exciting digital transformation program.
As an expert in Digital Care, you will be accountable for:
- Leading the success of all online activity across the business from app engagement to online customer service
- Build and establish and digital care team from hiring and review of product managers, developers etc.
- Plan and drive the digital care road map and strategy to ensure online engagement is increased
You will ideally have the following skill set:- 10+ years experience in ecommerce/product management for a leading online company
- Background in application and web development is highly desirable
- Proven leadership ability and strategic mind-set
