An international telecoms company is seeking an expert advisor on Digital Care to drive their exciting digital transformation program.
You will be accountable for:
- Lead the Digital Sales agenda across all digital channels and platforms
- Initiate, define and manage all digital sales campaigns
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of the customer user experience and journey
You will have the following skill set:- Degree educated
- 10+ years experience, ideally as a product owner for a leading, global ecommerce firm
- Proven experience in using Google Analytics with Firebase experience an advantage
- Industry experience in telecoms or global consultancy is highly desirable
