Job Purpose
Based in UAE, the successful candidate will be part of the Dubai IT team. The role will require a strong communicator who is able to confidently work with the other members of the team.
Given the dynamic nature of Propel, the successful candidate will be flexible and willing to support the team in a wide variety of tasks according to immediate business requirements.
Technology
The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the evolution and maintenance of Propel’s proprietary web-based HR portal. He/she will write technical and functional specifications, program the software functionalities, implement bug fixes and support the testing.
Process Design & Communication Management
Technology is critical to Propel’s talent consultancy services. The successful candidate will maximise collaboration between the consultancy, operations and technology teams, manage expectations, and provide the best possible service to our clients at all times.
