Manager Projects -for UAE Nationals ( Civil / Construction Projects)
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor site visits for all transactions received in line with the agreed SLA and Procedures.
Track & Report the status of work at site in accordance with the quotations/ invoices received from the concerned Dept. as per the agreed SLA.
Review and maintain MIS of all the transactions status/ execution projects and send monthly reports to Head of the department and other Business Departments to ensure correct MIS is provided to Management on an agreed frequency and statuary reporting adhered to as required.
Prepare site inspection reports with photos and required documents and forward to front desk for documentations and record.
Prepare and submit a monthly report to line manager showing volume of work executed.
Report any concerns regarding the product which may arise to the line manager for further review and advice.
Assist in providing consultancies to other related dept. with respect to engineering requirements.
always Initiate and execute process re-engineering activities to keep current Processes / Procedures updated with market competition in order to achieve improved controls and maximize efficiency
Identify & implement measures to mitigate risks associated with Supply & Installations unit in line with pertinent rules and regulations and bank’s internal policy
Ensure adhere of all activities to banks SOPs, SLAs and sharia principles and guidelines
Ensure proper filing of all records in order to have an efficient and effective filing system in the department.
Set yearly job objectives of Unit staff and submit to Unit Head for approval and further implementation
Ascertain the skill gaps and assign necessary training for the team in order to ensure better performance.
