Male, 45 y/o and below
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Restaurant or any relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience of and proven track record of driving F&B operations
Ability to manage F&B day-to-day operations within budget and to the highest standards
Maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
Knowledge of industry-related trainings and procedures
Can handle multiple restaurants of casual or fine-dining
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Can start immediately (1-month max)
