Our Client a multi-national Pharma compnay is looking for an FFE Coordinator
This is a contract role under ManpowerGroup - 12 months renewable
POSITION SUMMARY
• Accountable for supporting in field implemention of Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) strategies to drive behavioural change and sales growth
• Effectively provide ongoing operational support to all field based personnel. It includes developing and supplying key data sets and information that allow the customer facing organization to measure and monitor performance and to adapt to external changes
• To provide prompt feedback to the leadership on potential gaps in current field business processes as well as opportunities to optimize processes. Accountable to ensure effective processes are implemented to allow the core Field Operations business to run smoothly and efficiently.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Force Effectiveness
• Support in Customer Targeting/Segmentation, Field Force Sizing allocation projects
• In field monitoring of systems and tools utilization and compliance to Pfizer processes.
• Collaborate with Field Force (Sales Managers and Reps) to ensure FFE insights are translated into actions and identify gaps are closed
• Liaise with Meetings and Event and Marketing Operations teams to track total investment across multiple channels
• Support the actual adoption of new engagement channels and initiatives
• Create, implement, and maintain FFE dashboards and reports
Field Force Communications
• Serve as the channel for two-way communication between the leadership team and the Field Force
• Serve as the escalation point of contact for the field and ensure effective sorting and resolution of issues
