Required entrepreneurial, UAE Insurance Industry experienced Insurance Advisors(IFAs) & Team Leader Advisers for a leading financial services intermediary firm. Team Leaders should have min. 5years of life/medical insurance sales and team management experience and should be able to start immediately by individual sales, recruiting new advisors, training and developing, helping the team achieving their targets and able to build it as an insurance boutique business. Advisors should have min. 3 years of financial services / bancassurance / broker / agency channel experience with an existing portfolio or can generate new portfolios. All positions are based in Abu Dhabi and we will provide complete infrastructure, training, visa, medicals, MDRT conventions/international trips on target achievement, other incentives, competitive commissions & override structure for the right candidate.
