Assistant Sales Manager (Civil) - Oasis Investment Co. LLC (Holding Company of the Al Shirawi Group)

. Responsible for generating sales/projects and issuance of quotations.


· Responsible for making technical presentation to convince the customer about the product


reliability and durability.


· Responsible for business strategy development, networking and market intelligent survey.


· Responsible for business plan development and deployment.


· Responsible for business promotion and key account management.


· Develop new business relationship, generate and negotiate opportunities to improve year after year.


· Representing the product lines to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meeting, telephone calls, emails, trade show etc.


· Manage leads through salesforce.com and develop strong business database.


· Actively and successfully manage the new projects process, lead generation, credential pitch, asking question, solution pitch, and negotiation, close.


· New business development through proper pricing, promotions, distribution within the target markets.


· Responding to the tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.


· Ensure customer satisfaction through understanding of clients requirements including their related to product development and delivery.


· Analyze customer’s perceptions on regular basis to understand their satisfaction level.


· Promote positive relation with partners, vendors and distributors.


· Assist in collection of payments, if required.
