• Understand business model of the company, the group and the specific department
• Receive the first assignment, with 2 stop stations for evaluation
2nd 6 months
• A structured rotational plan to 4~6 different departments within the company
• Every department, with a new coach, a specific assignment and an evaluation report
• To maximize the exposure and the understanding of the business model
3rd 6 months
• Back to original department, for the second and final assignment,
• with 2 more stop stations for evaluation of the total acquired learning
