The Rituals philosophy has been embraced worldwide. We are currently active in 23 countries, and over 500 Rituals boutiques can be found in cities including Paris, London, New York, Amsterdam, Sydney, Barcelona, Berlin and Dubai. We also have five international City Spas and presence in high-end department stores and exclusive hotels. Our ambition is to become one recognized global luxury brand in cosmetics.
In the GCC our brand has launched in 2016 and is available at over 7 locations including Rituals boutiques in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Muscat. Our ambition is to grow the business into a market leading position in the coming years. Currently we are interested in candidates to fulfill the position of Trainer to grow our business in the GCC.
Main Responsibilities
In the alternate function of trainer you have an example in the Rituals Middle East team. You provide training days according RITUALS... guidelines with the aim of strengthening the area of product knowledge and service methods. You are a commercial talent and providing service is your second nature. With these features strengthen and enthuse your sales staff. The Rituals DNA guarantee you within stores. Besides carrying your product and USP's over and you're making a contribution to the sales results through the implementation of sales techniques. In this role you will also have a support function for marketing and PR events. You will report to the General Manager of Rituals Cosmetics.
Requirements for the position
- At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an appropriate subject
- At least 2 to 5 years experience as trainer in cosmetics
- Highly communicative, energetic
- Knowledge of skincare
- We are looking for someone who brings energy and enthusiasm, leads by example
- Experienced beauty retail professional with strong knowledge on steering KPI’s
- Knowledge of consumer behavior and strong feeling for excellent service
- Ability to interact with all levels of management – internal and external
- Experienced in recruiting and hiring store personnel
Personal and business skills
You strive to be the ‘best in class’ within your profession. You are customer and shopper focused and eager to learn. Cosmetics experience is not essential but has high preference. You are a talented hands-on professional and you work with a can-do mentality.
