Senior Executive - Marketing (UAE National Only) - Arab Media Group

Overall: Assist in managing Global Village’s social media accounts and related events and activations. Overlooking the operations of the Content Hub team, proactively recommending new ideas that will organically increase online followership and ultimately drive more engagement and footfall to the park. Key Responsibilities:



1. Reviewing content plan developed for social media platforms, ensuring it projects the brand values and multiple offerings in the best way that communicates to the mass audience as well as targeted audience.



2. Support the social media team in delivering the best responses in community management while being their source of information whenever needed to ensure timely and proper responses.



3. Be 100% proactive. Take full responsibility for the assigned social media platforms.



4. Ensure every post, every visual on the assigned platforms all work. No typos, grammar mistakes, false information, sensitive or controversial content is uploaded.



5. Managing Global Village image bank, making sure all photo/video requirements from any individuals, departments, or organizations are met on time.



6. Manage the timelines set for the Content Hub team, ensuring efficient work distribution that will deliver the various requirements of the brand in a timely manner.



7. Supervising and managing the social media agency while working with Global Village. This includes reviewing the daily content, following up on posting and briefing the agency on events/activities taking place, and in certain cases taking the posting initiative.



8. Creation of various marketing presentations required for briefings, demonstrations… etc.



9. Preparing Fact Sheets for Global Village various events/activities.



10. Assisting the marketing department on managing daily tasks and missions in order to meet deadlines.



11. Assisting on organizing and managing the social media on-ground activations or any other social events held at Global Village or outside it.



12. Scope of work might require going off-site, candidate to be fully ready to leave site when needed.



13. Ensure proper linking between social media platforms and Global Village’s website and mobile application, briefing the website and mobile application developing agencies on requirements of social media platforms whenever needed and following up on delivering them.



14. Liaise with Global Village’s various departments for any content requirements whenever needed to ensure timely deliveries following the processes of the Park.


15. Managing any Social Media influencers’ attendance to the park, liaising with the various stakeholders to deliver unique experiences to them, while also briefing them about the park and its offerings to ensure correct information sharing.



16. Creating Global Village social media database, listing all relative social media influencers and their contact details.



17. Organizing Social Media influencers and Online Bloggers site visits and tours introductory on the park and its various offerings whenever needed.



18. Analyze and provide monthly report on traffic patterns, and user metrics as well as improvement initiatives.



19. Proactively identifying in case of weaknesses in the social media communication strategy and suggest enhancements.



20. Be aware of the religious sensitivities of the Middle East and ensuring that the any posting do not cause offence.



21. Identify and assess opportunities, prioritizing those opportunities with internal stakeholders and external partners.



22. From time to time help introduce new technologies and share research for continuous improvement of our social media assets.
