1. Manage and lead Valves Products Division.
2. Create, implement and execute business action plans/business strategies related to accessories.
3. Establish and optimize respective regional channels & partnership for new products.
4. Generate and maintain credible forecast on business objectives.
5. Communicate all marketing and sales development to the top management.
6. Conduct a monthly business review, target setting and KPI evaluation.
7. Establish pricing policies, territory pricing, discount factors, etc.
8. Training and managing marketing and sales posts.
9. Preparation of sales budgets and targets.
10. Supervising and leading marketing and sales posts towards achieving a yearly target.
11. Monitoring the stock level and pricing policies based on the changing business environment.
12. Representing the company during business delegations and principals meetings.
13. Negotiation and finalization of critical contracts and maintaining customer satisfaction.
14. Take corrective actions on customer complaints, audit findings in a time bound manner with prior emphasize on root cause analysis.
15. Expanding the business territory through a proper business plan and pricing policies.
16. Submission of KPI (of self and of the team) to the management.
