Recruitment Intern - Averda

ROLE SUMMARY


The main purpose of this position is to support the Recruitment and Onboarding activities. The Recruitment Intern will source candidates for open recruitment requirements, screen and plan interviews. He/She will also be responsible of the onboarding process for all new employees.


ACCOUNTABILITIES



• Post all open recruitment on different recruitment support (Yammer, job portals, universities, etc…).
• Source (head hunting/candidate application) and select relevant candidates from job board and Internal application.
• Conduct phone screening and provide a short list of candidates to the HR Advisor with screening information.
• Schedule interviews between Hiring Managers/HR Advisor/ Chief Talent Officer and candidates, providing interviewer with confirmed date & time, making any changes when necessary to recruitment calendar.
• Send rejection email to unsuccessful candidates.
• Send the online psychometric test to candidates, collect and share result to the HR Advisor.
• Build a talent pipeline including profiles in Finance, BD, IT, HR, Operations from competitors or similar industries.
• Initiate onboarding with candidates when offer is accepted and collect documentations.
• Coordinate with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) and the candidate offered for any pending documentation and provide update to the hiring manager on visa status.
• Maintain a professional communication with candidate offered during all boarding process.
• Informs Employee Services to create a new employee profile on Oracle HRMS and provide relevant documents and HR file.
• Coordinate with Hiring Manager on the Induction Plan and send communication to the managers meeting the new employee.
• Create a “New Employee - Yammer Announcement”.
• Coordinate with the Administration team to ensure smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
• Performs adhoc projects, tasks and activities as requested.


PERFORMANCE MEASURES/SUCCESS CRITERIA


• CVs sourced in time and with the required quality.
• Screening feedback provided on the candidate.
• Communication with Candidate (interview scheduling, assessment and onboarding) and managers.
• Recruitment reporting maintained weekly.
• All admin tasks required are done in a timely and organized manner.
• Collaboration with Employee services, hiring managers, candidates and team is smooth in order to provide best customer experience.
