The Merchandising Manager is responsible for delivering all merchandising/production projects and product/store launches within stipulated guidelines, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure clear execution of product and project launches, liaising with creative agency to deliver projects from inception to installation.
• Working closely with the commercial team to capitalize on promotional activities, launches, events and store openings.
• Maintaining brand image by adhering to guidelines and brand principles whilst adapting to the regional market.
• Management of all updates and projects and communicate to the Commercial team, accurate timelines as and when required.
• Responsible for guaranteeing all counters and fixtures are to Apotheca standard across all regions.
• Coordinating with stores and Creative agency on maintenance and upgrades.
• Awareness of customer journey, trends and how customers shop to deliver effective visual merchandising to drive sales.
• Planning and implementing seasonal/monthly visual updates within Apotheca stores - inclusive of windows, product merchandising, units. Making recommendations to improve customer journey and experience.
• Coordinate merchandising installations in line with stock availability.
• Any other duties assigned by the Commercial Director and CEO.
